Tim Rich will speak on the topic ‘Alpine Woundwort in England and Wales – native or introduced?’. Alpine Woundwort Stachys alpina has a very curious, disjunct distribution in Britain: two sites in Denbighshire, North Wales, and two locations in Gloucestershire. Why might that be the case? This subject was of particular interest to Clive and will make for a fascinating evening.
