Eastwood Farm in Brislington is a small Local Nature Reserve on the banks of the River Avon, near Beeses. The site is managed by Bristol City Council and the Friends of Eastwood Farm. The site contains woodland, meadows as well as ponds home to dragonflies and damselflies. There have also been recent records of the nationally scarce millipede Leptoiulus belgicus and the rare non-native harvestman Sabacon viscayanus.
Last year this meeting was cancelled due to the weather so we are giving it a go again this year!
We will meet at the site entrance on Whitmore Avenue, Bristol, BS4 4TG (What3words: museum.carry.slide) at 10:30.
Please notify the field meeting leader by completing the form below if you are interested and to be updated.
