An opportunity to look at the classic Jurassic and Cretaceous exposures at Stair Hole, Lulworth Cove, and the Fossil Forest guided by Maurice Tucker (Total circuit of about 3 miles). Optional extra visit to Durdle Door.

Note that the Lulworth Cove car park costs £12.40 for 4 hours, and £20 for the full day, so bearing in mind this and the distance (c65miles / 2hrs from Bath) car sharing may be preferable. On the plus side car park has a café, a pub and public toilets. The Lulworth Cove ticket also allows parking at Durdle Door, for those who would like to go there afterwards.
